About Brett Property

Brett Property is a company in business specifically to service the burgeoning commercial property market in Pembrokeshire and surrounds. Our offices are on the new Nelson Quay development overlooking Milford Haven Marina and Waterway.

It is our belief that the intricacies of commercial property require a specialised agent dealing almost exclusively within this market. Commercial property differs widely to the residential market in almost every respect: valuation technique, marketing, legislation, type of investment, rate and methods of return, management, and ownership responsibility. It is for this reason that many residential agents, however excellent in their own field, are not in the best position to advise on the commercial market.

Brett Property does not seek to enter the mass residential market and strictly defines its role as commercial property specialists, concentrating on the main Pembrokeshire towns and population centres of Haverfordwest and Milford Haven, but also working on specialised projects such as development throughout the County. It is our view that this focus and concentration of discipline is the only way to provide best advice to business or commercial clients.

The Principal

The principal of Brett Property is Nigel Edward Brett, DipEstMan MRAC FNAEA. Nigel qualified in estate management in 1981 having studied at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester. In an interesting and varied career since qualification in both the private and public sector, Nigel has worked within the residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural and development spheres of the property profession.

As a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, Nigel fully endorses and complies with the association’s professional and ethical standards.
